Claims FAQ's

What is the Member's deductible?
The Members deductible is 15% of the eligible claim amount as determined by the selected plan. Contrary to popular belief, aftermarket protection isn’t bumper-to-bumper. Find out more about “The Nature of Truck Warranties” here. At TruckClub™ we are in this with you. By requiring a higher deductible, we are able to protect our Members during almost any failure, significantly reducing the impact on your pocket any time you need a repair.
What is the eligible claim amount?
The total cost of the repair or replacement for the parts and services covered under the TruckProtect™ Agreement and enrolled Plan, before subtracting the deductible. The total cost does not include any parts or services not covered by the Agreement.
How do I submit a claim?
You can submit a claim here through our Self-Service Member Portal, by using our mobile application TruckBuddy™ or by emailing claims@truckclub.com. If you need assistance or have questions please call our claims department at (737)637-4855.
What information is required for TruckClub™ to process a claim?
To find all of the details on what is required to process a claim, please review section VII of your TruckProtect™ Agreement or check out our TruckProtect Claims Guide.
How long does it take to process a claim?
Claims are processed as soon as all of the required information is submitted to TruckClub™.
Is there a labor cap?
The charges may not exceed $150/hr labor rate and nationally recognized labor time schedules provided by reputable services such as the OEM and Mitchell1.
Is progressive damage covered?
Yes, with the exception of some explicitly listed items such as electronics and limitations for the assembly and system coverage classes.

We even offer coverage for progressive damage caused by continued operation - check out "TruckClub's innovative Approach to Continued Operation."
Do replacement parts have to be OEM?
No, however they must be the same quality as the covered part. Replacement parts may include new, LKQ, remanufactured, or used(TruckClub™ approval required) parts.
How does my Progressive Damage Coverage work?
When it comes to your coverage, we want you to know exactly how we protect all 30,000+ parts of your truck and how we cover any other resulting damage. No matter if it is the first part to fail or if it is a part that is damaged as a result, we tell you exactly what we cover.
